Pole dancing is a performing art!  It combines dance & gymnastics with a vertical pole.  It builds a significant amount of strength, flexibility and endurance while using a combination of dance moves, spins, climbs, body inversions, slides and holds.  Our classes and private lessons are designed for all fitness levels – from beginner to expert.  Our Certified Personal Trainer/Arnold Classic Pole Medalist manages our unique fitness program.  Try one!
