**Position Title**: Fitness Instructor

#### **Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic, dance instructors to join our team as independent contractors. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality group or one-on-one fitness instruction, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to inspire and motivate clients to reach their fitness goals. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your availability while delivering classes under the CANDYCANE brand.
#### **Key Responsibilities**:
- Teach classes
- Provide individualized instruction and modifications based on client needs and fitness levels.
- Create a welcoming, motivating, and safe environment for clients.
- Foster relationships with clients to support their fitness goals.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and studio staff.
- Adhere to studio policies and class schedules as mutually agreed upon.
- Keep equipment and fitness areas clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with the studio management and other instructors regarding class coverage, scheduling, and client feedback.
#### **Qualifications**:
- Certified fitness instructor with relevant certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, Yoga Alliance, etc.) or must be working toward certification.
- Experience teaching group or private fitness classes.
- Ability to provide proper exercise instruction and modifications for different fitness levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Liability insurance or willingness to obtain it.
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred.
- Enthusiastic, motivational, and passionate about health and fitness.
