Small Group Pole Lessons with Individualized Instruction:

Welcome to our Small Group Pole Lessons and Fitness Classes at CANDYCANE! Our classes are designed to provide a personalized and supportive environment for individuals of all levels. Whether you're a seasoned pole dancer or taking your first spin, our experienced instructors are here to guide you through a journey of strength, artistry, and self-expression.

Class Overview:

In our Small Group Pole Lessons, we maintain a low student-to-instructor ratio to ensure that each participant receives individualized attention and tailored instruction. The classes cover a variety of pole dance elements, including spins, transitions, climbs, and floorwork. Every class is crafted to accommodate participants of different skill levels, allowing for a dynamic and inclusive learning experience.

  3. Small Group Setting: With a limited number of participants (no more than 6 - everyone gets their own pole) in each class, you'll benefit from a close-knit community and ample opportunities for one-on-one interaction with the instructor.

  4. Varied Techniques and Styles: Our classes incorporate a diverse range of pole dance techniques, styles, and choreography. From graceful spins to powerful climbs, each class offers a well-rounded experience.

What to Bring:

  • Hand Towel & Rubbing Alcohol

  • Pole Grip Optional (DryHands &iTac)

  • Shorts/Tanks for Pole Classes.  Skin sticks to Pole. 

  • No oils and lotions.  Skin must be dry to stick to pole.

  • Pole dance heels (optional for an authentic dance experience).

  • Water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • An open mind and a positive attitude!

All classes expire within 30 days of purchase.  There are no weight limits, or pre-requisites to join.  You do not have to be in shape to begin! This is a gym. We will join you wherever you are on your fitness journey.

Our Classes:

Our classes range from traditional fitness classes to aerial pole lessons.  There is a class that suits everyone from body conditioning with bands and free weights to exotic low flow pole with heels.  Our classes can get hot and sassy so be sure you read class descriptions to select the ones that best suite you.

POLE LESSONS- These 60 min. classes are practice blocks lead by an instructor.  You will learn and practice the moves associated with your level which is determined by your instructor.  Class sizes are kept small, so after the the group warm-up, the instructor can work with each student individually on pole moves and techniques.  Our classes size is no more than 6 students and everyone has their own pole.

DANCE CLASSES - We offer a variety of dance classes.  Choose from pole, chair, heels, exotic and more.   These classes are designed for students to combine dance moves into a choreographed dance routine. Bring shorts, tanks, lettings, t-shirt, knee pads, knee highs, and lots of energy!  Take your pole dance to new heights.  No two classes are the same.  You'll learn something new every class.  Come explore the world of dance with us.  Be sure to read the class descriptions to select the class you want to take. 

OPEN GYM - We are pleased to offer "Open Gym" so our students can practice outside of class time  Open Gym is a block of time designed for our students to enjoy the atmosphere and amenities . There is no class or instructor available; just practice time and studio use.
